POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ORGANIZED WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THEM Ordering a curbside pick up was disappointing and disastrous. We texted them our order on Thursday 4/23/20 night and we were called that our order was ready at 3pm on Friday but it was not actually till 6:30pm. So far understandable.

We reached the store front they loaded our trunk we paid by Credit Card. Obviously there is no time in current situation to stand there and check our order for accuracy.

So When we reached home we started realizing that nothing was correct. To name a few We ordered 2 packs of 2 lbs Cashew they gave us only one and charged for 2 that too 5 dollars more than the price on the pack. So for a pack of 2 lbs cashew we paid $35.98. Is that not called price Gouging?

We were charged for 4 toor Daal packs and received only 1.

Charged for 5 containers of yoghurt and received only 3.

The list can go on and on. They are cheating on weights of the vegetables, obviously charging for more quantity than delivered. Prices are high for everything.

All in all we paid 60 dollars more than what we received. This is called Cheating and fraud.

So when we tried to reach them and complained the employee who packed our order started getting annoyed. We texted the owner he texted back that they will check the recording in the camera and get back to us by 12noon on Saturday. I did not hear from them till 4 pm, which also after a minute they said that they will call us back in 5 minutes. And so far I have not received any calls from them to resolve the matter and hear us out. I kept texting and calling them they are not responding. Where is customer service? This is called fraud...

Great Staff and very neat clean store. Large variety of items American and Asian. I got all Indian grocery on my list, visited store see it well stocked up. Good job in these tough times and keeping Prices are also fair. Great work :). Manager explained us about curb side pickup. Tried out Curb side order pickup last week, it was very well organised. We sent order over email, next day got call from store and they gave us time for pickup. If there were any things requested were not in stock, store management called us with alternatives if we liked any or would accept. Once order was ready we were called to pay over phone which went in jiffy. Once we were out we called store line, person asked to open boot and we didnt had to step out of car.
