Public Storage — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

My public storage experience in Bethpage was amazing. Brianna the property manager was always helpful with any of my needs and literally just a phone call or a few steps away.

Yemi was also wonderful with helping me when Brianna wasn’t around. I must say that these 2 girls went above and beyond in so many ways and on so many levels.

I have been a public storage customer on quite a few occasions and Bethpage by far has been my absolute best experience.

Brianna should really be commended for her effort to make customers feel so comfortable and making their experience top notch from moment one! Usually dealing with managers on the other end of a counter is not so pleasant but I must say that this time my experience was much different. These girls were so friendly and helpful and I would recommend anyone that I know to go to Bethpage Public Storage only because of the staff. I have to stress the fact that the experience I had with the management and staff at Bethpage was better than anywhere I’ve gone in a long time, not only dealing with a storage facility but any business I’ve dealt with in general.

To whomever the higher ups are, Brianna the property manager deserves an award and a raise or promotion from whatever level she is currently at, because she is truly a gem and an amazing asset to the public storage company and she should be cloned to be at other destinations as well, to make the experience as pleasant and wonderful as mine was. Thank you to Brianna and Yemi for an amazing experience and I hope you both get some sort of promotion because the both of you truly deserve it.

Please make sure the girls get to see this review because the both of them deserve it and they’re very special employees! Their management needs to be made aware of their exceptional customer service and level of comfort they give to the customers that walk in and out of the facility on a daily basis. Best employee’s I’ve ever dealt with on so many...

Dawn was very.... to say the least very disappointing her customer service skills was very bad, I came in for basic service instead she was disrespectful and apparently you can tell she was not happy with her job, besides seeing her smoking in front of the premises, she look more like a female prison inmate that had scape, with all them advertisement tattoos🤣😂😅🤢🤮

I was able to resolved the issues at hand with the younger employee who was very courteous and professional while the Ms. / Mr. Dawn was trying to CYA herself.😡😡😈👺..by calling whom ever she spoke to and changing and making up stories in other words she was being dishonest.

Afterwards I was able to speak to management and they where also concern and professional, the situation was quickly resolved, but I was left with a bitter taste in dealing with employee like Dawn.

As a customer doing business, I would just be careful with employees like dawn... you never know what malicious intent, bitterness or personal issues they bring with them, also make sure you safe guard your personal information.

I would give this place 5 stars but unfortunately my interactions with employee Ms. Dawn was very poor, but I would still continue to do business with this Public Storage due to the professionalism of the young staffer and management quick resolution...

me and my mother decided to use the bethpage storage location, now it was our first time ever using one and we were completely clueless about how it would all work. well i have to tell you i have been in customer service for years and me and my mother give Brianna 5 stars all around. Her self presentation her up beat mood and knowledge was one of the best experiences weve ever had. my mother is a very busy woman, Brianna was kind enough to go out of her way and keep in touch with my mom at all costs to make sure we never missed any payments and any questions we ever had she was always so happy and willing to help! my mother literally will not deal with anyone else other than brianna!! and nor will !! if your looking for a storage unit and want the best customer service around get to the bethpage location!! Brianna not only is such a wonderful person but she made my entire experience amazing!! its amazing to see people smile when you walk into a place for any services any brianna nailed it! whoever hired her made the best choice i wish there were more briannas working out there in the world!
