With my appreciation I say thank you to Xavier the manager. Xavier resolved my dilemma of my $50.00 gift card, successfully loaded to my app, I didn’t save the receipt and at first purchase it showed a zero balance. The card was purchased using cash. I called the number in the back of the card to confirm the $50.00 was loaded AND showed a zero balance. A glitch? Who knows. Xavier in his good will honored the $50.00 to my card. I was so grateful that I in turn used the gift card only at this location. Well except once where I purchased a coffee at a different location.The moral of my story is to of course save the gift card receipt even after loading it to the Starbucks app but especially for the first use of the card. I am grateful at Xavier’s resolve. It was a large sum of money too. Xavier was very professional toward my customer interaction . Thank you Xavier you had a positive impact on my customer...
Read moreThe people that work here are great, Dan the man, "Ciao Bella Janette" etc the best..... The managers are a complete different story.. They are the absolute worst of then worst.. I constantly had to argue with them about my wifes drink, to the point where a regional manager had to finally step in they were wrong... Throw in the fact that this Starbucks literally makes money non stop as evident by their never ending drive thru line.. I would love to know how this place is CONSTANTLY out of items such as sleeves and/or stoppers.. I'd throw that in there with the managers again... Everyone already knows Starbucks coffee cups are designed horribly, coffee/brown nose anyone? I mean they should give away free car washes after having to drive home with 3 cups of coffee in a tray without stoppers. 90% of the workers are awesome.. This location is the worst, every time I put a mobile order in it is never ready when I walk in, about 3-4 times I had to wait 15-20 mins for a MOBILE ORDER. Whenever I approach a worker to ask when my order will be ready I have never gotten kind response once, they always have such an attitude with me & make like I am inconveniencing them. Once the worker wanted to be right so bad she made it seem like my fault that I ordered at a wrong location because she couldn’t find my mobile order, I had to show her my phone to prove I ordered at the correct location. They always seem to “lose the ticket” to the mobile order. I could write a whole essay on this location for the amount of times this has happened to me but I’ll leave it at that, if you want to wait 20 minutes for one drink...
