Sunny Nails Spa — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

We stopped into Sunny Nails as walk-ins, and they couldn’t have been more welcoming! They accommodated my two daughters and their best friend right away without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience.

Both of my daughters got regular pedicures and gel manicures—one even opted for a beautiful cat-eye effect that came out stunning. Their friend asked for tips with a very detailed, wedding-inspired design and the technician delivered flawlessly. All three girls left with smiles and gorgeous nails!

What stood out to me as a parent: the salon was extremely clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. I appreciated their kindness, attention to detail, and the genuine effort they put into making sure everyone was happy.

I’m responding to the review below by “Denis”. His google review was a copy of a post that I made on Facebook. It was ME who wrote that post word for word on Facebook and purposely didn’t post on Google until I spoke with them myself.

I came in today and Anna, the previous owner, was here. I spoke with her and one of the new owners to get clarification. They said there was a misunderstanding and when my mom came in on Monday they told her that Anna wasn’t here (meaning that day) and to come back the next day when she was. I clarified about getting the services that were paid for on the gift certificate yet to be rendered and they agreed to honor it. Terrible nail job, my nail fell off after getting a fill in and they charge me $5 to fix it and the lady didn’t know how to put the acrylic on and the nail is bulky and crooked…they are stealers and take advantages of customers! Do not go and I do not recommend at all!!! Left nail glue all over and didn’t even know how to file it down. Horrible and greedy customer service! They are liars I have my receipts to prove and instead of making the situation better they made it worse and customers in the store were actually telling me that I was right and what they did was so wrong!!!
