Four Kings — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I went there to have my garments embroidered, the first time I went I was given a price. The second time I went, the price went up. I went again today and the price went up again. There’s no professionalism at this place at all. If you’re looking to do long term business, this is not the place. Definitely a waste of time, gas and energy.

It seems as though everyone isn’t on the same accord. I spoke to someone that solidified my prices and said he was the owner. The employee challenged the prices and said owner verified it. Today, a different owner came forward and disagreed with the prices I was given by the first “owner”. He then called this owner on the phone and denied that he gave me those prices. I have receipts from jobs I’ve done stating the prices that were given. It can’t possibly change for every order if the design is the same.

The quality of their work and their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I ordered a hoodie from them not too long ago. I asked for the font & size in the first photo & this is what we got in return. We didn’t want anything near this size, nor have I ever seen any human wearing such. Don’t come here for ANY stitching this place is insane & tried to say this is what we asked for and couldn’t get a return meanwhile we emailed him the exact photo.
