All I can say is wow and not in a good way. I came in and the older lady was sitting on her phone. I told her I wanted a massage so she lead me to the back and just had me go into one of the beds. Not explaining anything. Then I go outside the curtain asking do I change now or. The other lady who was going to do the massage said she didnāt speak good English but to get undressed. The massage was ok. Had better elsewhere. My 30 min massage was around 25 min. The main issue I have is the older lady taking payment. She asked me cash or card. Told applepay. She was entering the amount $35 and then asked me if I was going to tip cash or card. I told her card. (I had cash in the car but wanted to do it on the card first). She asked me how much and she looked at me like I had 5 heads. Then she turned the screen for me to enter the amount incase she wasnāt hearing me correctly. She kept asking what and the man that was there either husband or son was standing over watching. I kept saying yes I was sure. She then proceeded to tell me I have to tip more then 20% and that it was too little. That the massage lady worked very hard and should get more. She EXITED the amount on the screen and then went back on and said how much I wanted to do this time. I told her the same. The exchange started again that it was too little and I needed to do more. She typed it in and machine for me to Apple Pay. The receipt came out, she ripped it out and slammed the machine down and said āall doneā and wouldnāt look up. Didnāt offer receipt or say thank you, good bye, nothing. I walk out into my car and then the man and lady FOLLOW outside and is standing by the door looking at all the cars trying to see where I went. I canāt believe this happened especially my first time going. The entitlement is crazy. Especially when I was going to use the cash in my car and Iām glad I didnāt. Iād stay away from this place because they do not know boundaries and respect what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a place for foot reflexology and Chinese deep tissue massage (tui na) - people complaining about how it was too rough need to go to Massage Envy to pay to get rubbed with little pressure for 40 minutes out a 60 min massage. That said, like many good deep tissue/reflexology places, the place is clean, no frills, and very affordable. You pay half the price because this isn't a spa (and even then, people feel like they can just tip 10% after the amount of exertion just put into a massage). There's a language barrier so communication needs to be simple and clear, and they've always adjusted to more pressure if requested. There are many walk-ins, so sometimes people are multi-tasking. Par for the course with any of these places. They offer a great product at a great price, and the staff has always been very kind. Would highly recommend for people looking to get deep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start by saying that the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the massage that I had received was very rough even after asking for them to lighten the pressure twice. I almost wanted to get up and walk out at one point. I had asked for the 60 min Swedish massage. I had also let them know several times that I wanted a Swedish massage, I know is suppose to be lighter more relaxing massage. I did not feel relaxed at all afterwards I was very sore and a day later am still very sore. I had paid $60 and even left a $5 tip did not feel that was worth it. My friend who had joined me also did not have the best experience with the body...
