Had my original Woodstock Poster framed here. What a Great Decision! Of course the finished product looks Fantastic! But what blew me away was the service! Marie and her sister delivered an EXPERIENCE LOL. I did not expect to have such a good time picking out the color scheme. They were flying around throwing all these colorful frames and matt combos at me, giving me so many options and different looks. They really took their time with me which was nice because I really wanted to have the Perfect Frame! After many choices and some helpful input we decided on something totally unexpected colorwise AND I LOVE IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Also it should be noted that it is a family owned and operated business which is another plus in my book. I highly recommend giving them a shot. As for me I will definitely be back. I will NEVER use this frame shop again. I simply brought in two pieces to be switched out into opposite frames. No frames or mats were purchased and the work cost me almost $300, which I think is terribly overpriced. Also, I waited over a month for return of my items, which made no sense since little to no work was involved. The only "work" that was done was to stretch a sampler and add a new piece of glass. Again, totally overpriced for what was done. What would it have cost me if I had ordered new frames and added mats? $800 to $1,000???? For two pictures??? The owners have to realize not all people in Poughkeepsie are millionaires. Never again. Take your work elsewhere unless you can afford SUPER high prices and want to wait to have your...

I drove by and saw the sign and decided to give this place a shot. I had an important poster I wanted framed. I walked in and immediately was attracted by the cleanliness and organization of the entire place. It seemed like picking the right frame and backing and everything could be extremely overwhelming but Martha really helped me out so much! She was very informative and had such amazing energy and charm. Through our conversation she learned I was an artist and provided me with the artist discount.
