west elm Outlet — Attraction in Town of Riverhead

Store has variety but customer service is horrendous! My husband and I like a piece of furniture which had a price tag on it and was marked down $500 from the original price. Loved the piece and that being a outlet store we knew we were getting a west elm furniture piece for great deal! Go to the counter and the staff refuse to sell us the piece of furniture for the price listed!!! Kept saying someone “made up the price “ and none of the employees wrote the price tag etc. we kindly asked if they can honor it as the price tag clearly list the sale price and SOMEONE (employee) from the store had to make the price tag. No matter what we said they simply kept refusing. Did not end up buying it only because of their service I would not be returning to this...

Took seniors to Riverhead tanger and wasn't a hit at all -- Could not get any of thy stores here to help 🙄 my seniors 😒 So instead took them all to MACYS & unfortunately one of my seniors required a wheelchair ♿️ and security gave the one whom needed a wheelchair such a hard time she couldn't physically walk any further so we couldn't accommodate her for her 100th birthday party 😢 Yes quite shameful of Macy's I must say so // For future reference I Will Go To Only Estelles -- route 110 instead of macys // lesson learned that day never deal with people whom entirely...

I felt like I was missing out living 2 hours away from this place but I'm glad I finally got to go on Saturday and now I don't have to worry about missing out. Huge warehouse with not much in it. As other reviewers wrote, definitely a lot of picked over, damaged items. Not any good sales. The bedding, I saw the same duvets at an actual West Elm store on sale for like 50% less than the outlet price. So now I really don't have to worry about missing out on this place. I suppose if you live close by and can stop in regularly you might find something but not worth...
