Sleep Number — Hotel in Town of Riverhead

We went to the Riverhead, NY sleep number store. We walked in hearing all the hype about sleep number not knowing what we were going to do. After meeting with Jackie we were sold!! She took her time showed us the options she thought would be best for us. She gave us our sleep number and listened to our reasons we wanted a new bed. There was no pressure to buy or which one to buy. She was very knowledgeable about everything about the bed! The bed felt amazing and we decided to go with the i8. I purchased my bed from the Riverhead store. .My sales representative was Jackie Kline. She was kind and very very knowledgeable regarding the product She helped me determine which bed would be most beneficial to me and helped me to choose a bed suited to my needs. I have had a great nights sleep ever since. I coukd never have attempted to purchase my bed and frame without her. She spent a very long time with me and answered all my questions . If I could leave 0 stars I would! We purchased a bed after hours in the store and reassurance that it was 100% refundable if you are not happy. Well, they lied. I am trying to return the bed and they said that the bases are not refundable and are over $4000! I put a call into the executive team and will certainly change the review if they can accommodate but we are extremely dissatisfied with the fact that we were lied to and then told well you signed an agreement stating that they were not refundable.
