The Riverhead Outlets food court provides a sprawling and diverse dining landscape that perfectly complements a long day of shopping. As a truly huge space, it manages to accommodate the crowds without feeling overly congested, and the impressive selection of approximately eight different restaurants ensures there’s something for every palate—from quick-serve classics to more niche international flavors. A standout feature is the commitment to cleanliness. Despite the high volume of traffic, the seating areas and serving stations are remarkably well-maintained, contributing significantly to a pleasant dining experience. While the individual food quality will, of course, depend on your chosen vendor, the variety and tidy environment make this food court a reliable and efficient stop for your meal or snack needs at the outlets. It's a convenient, clean, and well-stocked option that makes refueling easy.

The people that work there are nice. There is too much waste. Each individual vendor should not be giving out so much paper and plastic products. The owners of the food court should be providing napkins, forks, etc in an accessible spot. Also, these are things that should be provided as an amenity for supporting the food court like napkins, forks and access to basic sauce like ketchup to makeup for waste. The whole thing seems very outdated and not very eco-friendly.

Like others have said, the food court is relatively small but there are a decent array of options and they vary so most people should be able to find something up their alley. At the time of my visit at the first week of July only about half of the options were open due to the pandemic but spacing was adequate and everything seem to be in order. I would imagine that it would be a lot more appealing and lively during lesser complicated times.
