   Read moreI waited approximately 20 minutes while Jordan helped a couple customers before me. Each time Jordan apologized and said he was getting help that Kevin would be in soon. The last time he said it he said Kevin would be in in 10 minutes. Another couple came in and a girl came out that does repairs. She asked if I needed assistance I told her I was looking to get a new phone and she said okay and went to help the other couple. The couple were going to get a new phone and have a repair done on another. When Kevin came in and sat down at a computer the woman that was with the couple went up right to Kevin sat down and took it upon herself to assume she was next. What Kevin should have done was asked who is next and that would have been me waiting 20 minutes. I walked out of the store had called them and spoke to Jordan and let them know what they did wrong. Jordan asked me to come back and said he was finishing up with a customer and would help me when he was done. Not that Jordan did anything wrong but like I said Kevin should have asked who was next and helped me. Yes the woman was wrong for running up to him assuming she should go next and not have to wait. I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 15 pro max and because I’m in my senior years and not that confident regarding the newest technology, I did not trust myself to transfer my data from my old 14 Pro Max phone to the 15. Kevin was my technician couldn’t not have been more polite, intelligent and compassionate regarding my situation. He patiently while somehow answering other people’s questions as they walked in the door, transferred all the data, showed me how to delete and prepare my old phone for the trade in. Not only that but we ended up buying a new screen cover, made out of liquid gas to my husband, along with a charger and cube but we returned the next day because I thought I might have done something incorrectly. I jumped to this conclusion because I couldn’t make or receive calls. It was a 2 second fix involving being graciously welcomed back and a unique sense of empathy for my worry and concerns.
