Dropped PC Off for just a diagnosis, i was told it would be a week before i get it back, which i understood and was perfectly fine with that wait time. Upon dropoff, i mentioned that said PC was having power issues, and was more than likely the power supply. 2 weeks went by, with no contact, updates, or anything, so i called. I was told “we are still running tests, we should be able to contact you in a few days with the repair estimate.” I was still fine with this wait time. Another full week went by, no contact or updates about it. I called back yet again and was told the same exact line “we are still running tests, and will contact you soon with a repair estimate.” Another full week went by with no updates or contact about anything. Both phone calls i was being respectful, just wanted to know what was going on. I waited ANOTHER full week, on friday, while i was at work, around 4PM Ii sent my girlfriend there to pick it up for me, and it was STILL apart. No diagnosis yet. We went back the same night right before close to pick it up, and THEN he was ready with an estimate of course. 0/10 communication and service here. Do not recommend using...

It absolutely saddens me to have had such a negative experience and lacked common sense for not buying a new unit - or a legitimately decent unit someplace else — integrity rules, this piece of junk that I bought Does NOT work - even after I brought it back for repairs —— and recently I tried again to fire it up and sure enough - it absolutely does NOT operate - it just gets massively hot but no actual screen —— and this is after it was supposedly fixed and that is why my experience was so terrible and I’m saddened by it — it’s a shame I wasted that money - it’s really my fault for lacking common sense, being cheap and being foolish and not buying a decent unit with a warranty at a store like most people with more common senses

This is a very bad operation - selling bad used computers and not standing behind the products is bad business- don’t buy anything used it’s foolish - don’t waste money or trust these people - and their repair skills are extremely ineffective and unprofessional- this is a place to avoid at all costs or it...

They were able to fix my computer very quickly and it only cost me a little more than $100, which I think was a very low and reasonable cost considering the extent of damage the computer screen jacket had.
