Just ordered delivery from this place today. Which I know, things can happen during delivery which is not the restaurant’s fault but there’s a few things. I worked at a restaurant/bar for 4 years and I know for soups, you should always put in a separate bag, just in case it tips and spills. The Italian wedding soup, the Hawaiian sub, and the dirt cake I ordered, were all in the same bag with some napkins. Everything was soaked because the soup tipped over and spilled everywhere. Luckily there was still some soup left, or else I would’ve actually called and asked for some credit back. The dirt cake was fine since it was in a plastic container but the soup seeped through the wax paper around the sub and made it a bit soggy and the bag was filled with the soup base. I had some of the soup that actually survived and it was pretty run down, there was rarely any flavor. The slight soggy sub was still good though, probably would order again, just not delivery haha. Overall the Hawaiian sub was a 4/5, was really good and had some nice flavors and textures. Soup was a 1/5, rarely any flavor and I could tell it was probably reboiled too many times or came from a can. And the dirt cake was 4/5, a nice sweet treat. Overall my review would be a 4, but it went down to a 3, just because of the way they packaged things. Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite places to get a sandwich or sub. It was friendly, food was good, and orders were correct. It had gone down hill very much in my past few visits. Everytime, something has gone wrong with my order. Today, I ordered a sub for my daughter and asked for white bread. She said they had no more white and asked if wheat was okay. She doesn't like wheat but I guess I had no choice. The very next person got a foot long sub on white. I also got a lecture on how to order my Panini prior to ordering the sub. I understand I would get order faster but I took the first order from my daughter over the phone and didn't want to keep her on the phone while I ordered the rest of the food. Then the quality of the food has gone down as well. The meat on my two Panini's was half of what I used to get on them. I was not even close to full after eating mine and I used to be stuffed. My wife used to eat only half of hers and she wasn't full after eating a whole sandwich. When I pay $30 for three sandwiches, I would hope they wouldn't be trying to skip out on the meat. Read moreI went to brown bag yesterday evening ...I waited 10 minutes to place my order when no one else was there but employees ...and then it took another 10-15 minutes to make my order bc they still didn’t start it right away and kept forgetting about it when I’m the only customer there when I placed my order ..the girl was standing in the back doing nothing ...and the other two were joking around and half doing things and half not while I was standing there waiting to order 1 sandwich ...there to focused on online orders then the customers standing right in front of them ...and aren’t being professional or customer friendly while doing so ...a bunch of kids that aren’t doing there job properly...poor service ...I will not return again for that reason ...not worth it unless employees where helping customers properly like they should ...and there was also multiple other customers that walked in after me that I could tell were annoyed as well...it...
