FairyTale Bouncers & Slides NY — Attraction in Town of Smithtown

First of all the name caught my attention. Everything following was amazing. When I called Joe and had my first conversation I knew I had choose the right place to make my grandson's fifth birthday rememberable. I knew this would be a challenge due to covid. I told Joe my daughter in law had planned a petting zoo to come to the house, and that I would like cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, and a magician. Joe took it from there and scheduled everything to flow perfectly around the petting zoo. I want to give a special thank you to the face painter, you were amazing. The magician was phenomenal, absolutely entertaining. The children were amazed and so happy to participate. You were kind, patient, and really good. You even had us, the adults full attention. We had a wonderful experience with FairyTale Bouncers. Joe, the owner, was very accommodating, easy to work with, and professional. We rented a bouncer for our son's 6th birthday. The staff who set up the bouncer were friendly, efficient, and on time. The bouncer was clean and in great shape. Not only did they blow off any leaves or debris that might have gotten on the bouncer, they also wiped it down. When it was removed after the party, there was no damage to our property. Our son and his friends loved the bouncer! We also rented a cotton candy machine for our daughter's birthday. The machine was clean, easy to use, and made delicious, fluffy cotton candy. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend...

We had the BEST experience renting a bounce house from Joe at Fairytale!! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team was friendly, professional, and right on time with delivery and pickup. The bounce house itself was super clean, sturdy, and looked brand new — the kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want the party to end!
