I have been a regular customer of Audio Den for 20 years. You might say they're the ones who got me into the audio racket in the first place. (To underscore how long ago that was, let me just say that I have been shopping there since Roy last had dark hair.) I have always enjoyed a good relationship with their salespeople; these days, Bob and Malcolm regularly prove that Audio Den is the best place to buy audio equipment for miles around. I am struck in particular by their honesty. They had the opportunity to sell me speakers that cost much more than the ones they were recommending, but instead passed up earning a higher profit. Advice is always spot-on, and their knowledge of the audio industry in general is at a high level. I don't usually write reviews for companies with which I do business, but I'm happy to extol the virtues of this very fine establishment. Audio has become a rarefied field. Audioden is a store but also a magical place I am so thankful is close to me. The staff are the most knowledgeable people I have come across in real life when it comes to Audio and Video. The store carries the finest quality products and audiophile can get. From Wilson to Bowers and Wilkins to Paradigm they have quality speakers that will fit any budget. They also have the knowledge to get the most out of your budget. Even if Magnolia carries some of their less expensive merchandise Audioden will beat the price and let you listen like the product was intended to be. Audioden has one of the nicest McIntosh rooms I have ever seen. Audioden is a true gem in our community.
