OWNER NEEDS TO SEE THIS!!!
This place needs another health inspection and new management.
On top of that, every night that Ive gone to the drive through it takes forever, and they never seem to have the mobile orders.
After waiting over 15 minutes for two tacos (3 people there, including us), we were handed a bag that clearly was not our food. We said this before looking in the bag, but the employee(s) insisted it was ours. My husband checked the bag and it was not our food (shocker). The employee then said "oh, well Imma need that back! Haha" and took the food to hand to someone else... This is during Covid. She then goes back to eating with her mask off while handling peoples food and drinks. As we stare at her through the window, she gets annoyed and comes to basically say sorry, what do you want? To which we again reminded her that it was 2 spicy potato tacos (two mobile orders which we placed before arriving), to which, she says, "I know!". She abruptly shuts the window and goes to the counter where all mobile orders are kept. She proceeds to pick one up, brings it to the drive though window, and says here. Then, she shuts the window before we can say anything. As we stare at her while she eats the same burrito that another coworker randomly handed her, it dawns on her that she has to hand us both mobile orders. She finally grabs the last mobile order and hands it to us saying "Have a nice night."
During this whole exchange, the manager appeared and disappeared multiple times. Not only did they not pay attention to us when we wanted to ask them for help (ignored us), but she didnt say a word about any of the health violations occurring. (There were more than I mentioned, but Ive worked in customer service for a long time, so I get letting some stuff fly)
The girl was trying to be polite, Id like to believe. My husband thinks she helped us last time and was nice (but again more than very disorganized.)
However, I dont know about you, but I dont want any strangers touching my food before I get it, let alone employees without gloves on (and ones that are eating without a mask on in the middle of the work area in front of customers). Employees should take their breaks to eat, or at least avoid eating in front of the customer while working with food.
Everything voiced here points to a lack of proper management. Their presence didnt fix a thing so why are they there being paid? I would assume to do their job, but thats clearly wrong.

Read moreI have a receipt in front of me for a 12 pack of tacos that cost me $30.99 plus tax cane to 22.80xx we ordered 6 soft abd 6 hard reg tacos bc my family likes both .. not supremes I keep sour cream at home we dint care for tomatoes .. ok so fir the 3 or 4 th time the taxis all were paper thin not even am entire teaspoon of beef nkt even enough lettuce ti sat there was any other then a glimpse and like 8 shreds of cheese wth I am brutally honest I briefed one hard shell taco has a tad more in it but not even close to a reg hard taco.. I stopped on the way home bc my family and I had to attend a wake and we were starving it was 9:07 on Monday 4/24 according to the ticket after we waited on the drive through line a bit ( pathetic it’s fast food or is it food after they hand it to you ?) I specifically mentioned the last two experiences on how there was nothing in my tacos no meat / lettuce / cheese it was mostly a shell /wrap and I wanted them to be sure I wasn’t going home w basically shells especially since we were starving .. I was assured they would chrck ., sadly I couldn’t open the 22 pack box bc I was driving gibfigute once again nothing in any of the tacos sort hard regardless they gave me basically wrappers in a soft /hard shell .. I’m so disgusted at this point and embarrassed bc we were all starving and honestly couldn’t even eat it whu bother eating a corn Cho and a flour tortilla ? I tried calling the Taco Bell since for two days nobody answers ..I order nachos / tacos / burritos /combust im a huge fan .. u can’t even answer my call ? Im sorry I can’t ever come back exeot wjrn I give u my receipt and ur box of pathetic tacos w pics I expect a full refund im never coming bsck im sorry I didn’t put on my Amex they wouldn’t have paid the retailer ! Read moreI just left Taco Bell after placing a Mobil order and waiting for a half hour I finally was able to speak to someone who worked there and explain I’m still waiting for the order they told me the order must have been taken they will have to remake the order...another 20 minutes goes by I finally I got my order... there was a girl working there with gothic make up and eye makeup like a clown that was throwing and slamming peoples orders on the counter not calling out order numbers not saying the names on the orders or anything just slamming them on the counter she was very rude and I had to speak to the manager. When I got home with my food the food was crushed and the side of cheese was leaking in the bag. Horrible...
