Nails By Vivian — Attraction in Town of Southold

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Vivian's. My nails come out beautiful and I've had the most compliments when she does my nails! I'm always astounded by how she can remember each person by name, a little about them and it's always met with mutual smiles and grace. Her music selection is relaxing and a bit fun. Her prices are comparable to most salons. However, you won't find another place that can compare to the friendliest, cleanest environment while having your nails done. The customers she attracts have wonderful personalities and share happiness when they step through Vivian's door. What's not to love??!! I just had the Worst experience of my life here. Vivian was very upset that I got a gel manicure someplace else and she was very rude and embarrassing. She filed my real nail into nothing. My fingers hurt now and I will never recommend them to Anyone. I asked her why she was doing that and she got upset because I questioned her, she got up and started talking to everyone in the salon about me. Very embarrassing and totally un_professional. Subpar experience, I was asked to pay before polishing (this is totally normal) she told me the total for my service ($25) and asked if $28 was ok and I agreed assuming that was a tip. I paid with my card. As I was leaving she proceeds to chase me outside and tell me “I forgot to leave her a tip”.
