My first few experiences have not gone so well, only because I was brand new to returns and had no idea what I was doing. I don't feel the staff who were there at the time were very helpful; they did not go above and beyond to help. They have had changes or a change in staff; it's seemed like every time I've gone in there there's been someone different. Just an fyi, they do charge $3/apiece or so if you need a return label printed, so the other reviews are correct. Additional fyi, you need all the info, the barcode, wifi, ect for them so send it to their printer. They also charge for a mailer/envelope if you need one, just $1. I went in there a couple months ago or so, and one young lady in particular was very helpful, I didn't have the chance to catch her name. She was very professional, and when I hit a bump in the road, she offered an alternative for me. (I got confused by the return instructions, thought it didn't need an envelope, and Amazon sent both items in the same envelope.) So instead of like I don't know what to say to you, she pointed out what it said in the QR code and offered me a mailer to send it out, for only $1.) I've been using this location for years. It has gotten better, and it is a very clean place too....
Read moreOverpriced and Misleading – Go to the Post Office Instead I visited the UPS Store in Brockport this week while in town and had a frustrating experience. I brought two boxes with printed advertisements on them, and the staff insisted I needed to buy new boxes—at a cost of $70—just to ship them out before the cost of mailing. On top of that, they wanted to charge for tape and suggested UPS Ground shipping that would take two weeks and cost $41 for just one box I checked on. Instead, I went home, flipped the boxes inside out (free!), and took them to the post office. I still shipped via UPS Ground, but it only cost $28 for the box I priced at the UPS Store, and will arrive in four days! I shipped all three boxes for less than what they wanted to charge me just for the replacement boxes. This store seems to prey on convenience and upsell unnecessary supplies. They don’t offer any shipping discounts and push overpriced packaging. If you're looking to ship something, go to the post office—you’ll save...
Read moreI was having trouble with a package and the drivers/loaders put my package on the wrong truck. Said it was delivered to the store but was actually never delivered. So I was upset and Amber and her workers at the Brockport location said they would make sure my package comes and will follow up. They did exactly that. My package was at the store and they made sure that’s where it would stay until I came there after work. It was a huge help because the drivers had it in different locations online but the girls looked into it and said it was in Henrietta and they will be waiting for it and hold it. Per my request. The seller took 10 days to send it! So I waited for a long time lol they made it super easy and smooth after the hiccups from the delivery people. Thank you!!! New management is doing amazing and very friendly. Does what she can and doesn’t...
