Eagle Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Sweden

So i wanted to bring my mother to breakfast for good friday so we came here we were seated immediately but had to wait for the waitress to come and take our orders after a short wait i got my food but my mother did not the waitress messed up my mothers order with her eggs so we had to wait for my moms food to come finally it comes and my mother goes to eat the food and her food was undercooked first it was the toast that wasnt toasted so the waitress immediately decided to go grab her different toast came back and it was burnt then it was the hashbrowns which were undercooked now im a patient man i would of waited for the food to be properly prepared but it wasnt it was all rush and sas from this waitress her attitude about the whole situation was messed up and this could have gone another way but she completely disrespected my mother walking away throwing her hands in the air with a sassy attitude and continued to act aggressively towards the situation i will never eat here again unless this situation is dealt with and the service improves drastically because im ok with waiting a bit for food to be proper but i am not ok with having my mother be so disrespected when all she wanted was a nice breakfast with me and her food to be cooked properly and despite everything we still left this waitress a tip that she did...

will never visit this restaurant again, this is the second time I been in there and got terrible service. first time was about 3 weeks ago walked in there with a friend, the place was not busy at all while we were there so you would think that you could get waited on, when we first came in the girl at front took us to our seats and then left, we waited and waited for over 10 minutes for her to return so that we could order a drink, she never came back, so as we were sick of waiting by that time we got up and left! Update 03/30/2018 went back to place with my son, we got seated right away, and got our drinks right away and place our orders. Can you believe it my son got his order right away, but I was still sitting and waiting for eggs over easy 5 minutes after he got his order because the waitress didn't put my order in , even though we ordered at same time. I meet with 17 other friends as we get together once a month. I ordered a sandwich that came with a cup of soup. I also ordered a side of fries. The waitress then told me I don't get the soup because I ordered fries. I replied but the sandwich comes with the soup included. She said no I ordered fries. I paid extra for the fries but according to the waitress I was forfeiting the soup. I also ordered a sandwich on another visit and was charged extra for chips with a $9+ sandwich. THATS CRAZY RIDICULOUS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT. THIS PLACE DOESNT HAVE THAT GREAT OF FOOD, WE ONLY WENT HERE BECAUSE THEY ACCOMODATED A LARGE NUMBER OF GUESTS.
