I can only speak for the print department as that’s all I’ve personally needed lately. Like the other day, when I needed a few color documents printed and laminated.

1pm: I emailed Rachel, with some instructions.

1:10pm: I’m already leaving Liberty and on my way I call her up to see if she got the email. She told me that she did and it’s already been printing.

1:17pm I had a dozen printed and laminated documents.

I mean this was on a whim. I didn’t previously tell them I was going to be sending something in. I didn’t tell them it was rushed. When I was in the store, it’s not like they were idle and just had the time. They were taking care of a handful of other people. And it wasn’t only this time. Only had copies made. They have office furniture & u can order things from a few catalogs. The staff is helpful.So can't give a 5 star since haven't done much w them.

Update..a little annoyance. I called to check if they are a drop off 4 ups , the lady that answered said yes & tgey only accept packages with the label, no codes & that was that. I go the next day, drop off & the man behind the counter says it is a $1, I said I wasn't told that when I called. It was a torrential rain & I had to go to my car to get the $1. Of course it isnt the $ it is why doesnt everyone in the store have the same info & why are they charging anything? NO ONE else charges. Needless to say I won't be using them for this again. I wonder if...

They charge $1.00 per package if you want to use them as a UPS drop off. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous lol just leaving this review in case anyone wants to avoid being scammed a dollar per package 🤣🙄 I contacted UPS and they said they cannot intervene as they are a private company but it’s still very shady. UPS drivers will pick up packages for free and any other place will hold them for free so please avoid and do not allow them to make money off of innocent people this way. There’s also a UPS drop box by the government building if you have a small package that can fit...
