New York Nails — Attraction in Town of Tonawanda

I have been a regular at New York Nails for 2 years. Tina and Winnie are always all smiles. They're so pleasant and easy to talk to. Tony is on the quiet side, but he's very nice and accommodating. I personally prefer the way Tony does my nails, just because he automatically makes them thinner. However, Tina and Winnie have also done my nails numerous times, and I walk away happy every time. The worst thing that ever happened was my nails were made a little too wide for my liking; nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. I've tried lots of nail shops over the years, but none have ever done my nails as well as New York Nails. They will always be my go-to nail salon.

*Edit - 2018 and I still faithfully go to New York Nails. Winnie is no longer there, but Tony and Tina still do my nails right 😊 Would still 100% recommend

if I could leave a zero I would leave a zero. My nails were breaking Off three Four days after getting them done and their acrylic. After losing three and one nail being discolored, I went back to get them fixed, and the husband would not stop complaining. He Was about to leave them as it is unless I paid I was not paying to have my new nails fixed when they should’ve been done right in the first place. Although he fixed the three that were broken, another one broke shortly after leaving (Picture attached) This place is cheap. They don’t want to use a lot of acrylic. It’s not the wife it is definitely the husband who’s drowning the business. If you are going to go get your nails done by the woman there.. she is a great person and great at what she does, but her husband is ruining...

Told me when I walked in the door my requested design could be done but as we got to the end I was told they didn't have the material for it. My nails came out with different shapes, He didn't clip my original nails, glued on the fake ones carelessly, didn't file my nails correctly no nothing.... I feel like he was rushing and didn't care to be doing my nails but I still tipped and paid for his efforts.. the wife seems to be a joy she's very friendly wish I could've gotten her but definitely a one time thing...
