Delaware Consumer Square — Local services in Buffalo

Target has a very severe panhandling problem in its Delaware Consumer center parking lots. The panhandlers are aggressive and have been known to scream at customers and even have attacked people. Target does nothing to protect its customers and their own customer service has went down hill fast and far. My fiancee ordered a modem and nest wifi bundle off the website it said 2 modems were in stock at said location...she was charged 300 dollars. When we arrived we were told the modems weren't in stock. So we went and looked and sure enough there was 2 of them right on the shelf. She was charged 100 for the modem even tho she was told it wasnt in stock....then they charged another 200 for the wifi as a new transaction. So this is 500 dollars now....when we pointed out the modem was in stock she had to buy it....Again...because the first order was cancelled at it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund..... when asked why she was told there was no modem in stock and yet still charged ...the clerk at customer service laughed and said "probably one of our associates didnt feel like looking for it..no biggy" ! That shows complacency in a culture of bad service which shows terrible management of employees and customer...

Starbucks OMG my kids love it but not for me. They should have different types of milks for people like me I'm a vegan so I would love to try to drinks but remember I can't drink nothing but almond milk. They should think about making their pastries some for vegans. The service was great when I went in there they were a little standoffish but they was cool.

I think they should have a little more training on how to be happy even if they mad got to go that extra even if they sad that it just make their day better because for me when I make somebody else happy my day is much better even if I'm faking the front.

If I can make somebody else happy then I'm glad. Oh and when I got a lot of questions you should be willing to answer them no matter if I ask the question over and over again. you went and did the interview to get hired at this place you knew all that entails so you should put on your happy face no matter what period. I like target. Their little cafe has a lot of choices and the girl behind the counter is very pleasant. I bought a toaster oven there, and when I got it home there was an uneven texture on the stainless steel finish. When I called to see if they had another that I could exchange with, the girl could not have been more accommodating. She actually went and got another one and opened it up and she found that there was also an uneven texture on that one. I tried to call back to compliment her service, but there was no manager there for me to speak with. I do love Target though. The one at Niagara falls Boulevard Mall really has to do more to keep things...
