I am a premier member and an A list member along with my husband. I stood in the premier member line for several minutes while the concession worker ignored me and helped the patrons in the regular line. After about 5 minutes, I asked if someone was going to wait on me, to which I was told there was no one for that line and Iād have to get in the other line...thatās not how that is supposed to work. I have had several complaints in the past but kept them to myself. This was the last straw. I asked to see a manager. āRainā came and was clearly annoyed that I had a complaint. All she would say was that she would speak to the employee but thatās all she was going to do. I didnāt ask for anything, no compensation what so ever. I wanted my concerns addressed and an apology. That was clearly not going to happen. I asked to speak with Rainās manager. To which, she stormed into the office, slammed the business card down on the counter and started to walk away. At this point I asked for her name (because I didnāt know it), I didnāt hear her so I asked again to which she decided to spell it (at yelling volume) and then stormed off. Very professional, but it doesnāt end there. I left without seeing my movie and called corporate. I lodged my complaint. I asked that my call be returned to address my concerns at this theater. I was assured that I would be called back within 72 hrs. Luckily Iām not holding my breath. Itās been a week and no phone call. I have never left a negative review before, but clearly this company doesnāt actually care about...

Concessions: Typical theater fare from AMC, slightly expensive but tasty. And the staff do what they can to make the costs hurt less. Get your popcorn refill when you buy it!
Staff: AMAZING! These are some of the friendliest theater employees I've encountered all over the US.
Facility: Clean and moderately well-maintained. The restrooms are only off the lobby, so dashing during a show can be a long effort. I'd love to see them add another set or a shorter path from the theater hall.
Cost: $5 Ticket Tuesdays! Otherwise, pretty standard for small city USA.
This theater is one of my favorite things about living here! The seats are amazing, the staff is casual and super friendly, $5 Ticket Tuesdays can't be beat, and it's consistently clean and well-maintained. On the rare occasion there's been an issue staff have waited outside the theater to give us free passes or concessions to make up for the problem. I have never had a less than wonderful experience there.
My only (very minor) complaint is that the rooms tend to be a little too warm in all seasons, but I'm sure it's too cold for someone else, still. The lack of IMAX has occasionally been disappointing, but it's such a small place that getting an IMAX screen it would likely not be worth the investment.
Seriously the best movie theater of its type I've ever been to, and when we move away,...

If someone registers for Stubs or enrolls their email to receive notifications, they get a free large drink for their birthday (drink is good for 30 days after the birthday).
So I went to try to get this free drink and the woman at the counter did not know how to honor the promotion. Okay...fine. She asked two co-workers, they didn't know either. They had me to into my email to show them the free drink, and I did. They also noticed no QR or promo code came with it. One used their walkie-talkie to contact their manager, and turns out the walkie-talkie wasn't functional. So 7 minutes later (and quite the line building up behind me), horrible manager Jeff shows up. Horrible manager Jeff comes and asks me to see the email regarding the promotion to see if their was a QR code. You know...the same thing asked to me minutes ago. Then proceeds to not know how to do it either.
It was at this time when I just told horrible manager Jeff that I will pay for the drink. Clearly there is some poor training being done at this theater. Even worse decisions being made on who should manage it. They were horrendous and they should be ashamed for their lousy customer service. Especially horrible manager Jeff. How can you manage things and not know how to do...
