Adjacent to the Town Square Mall to the East; Coral Pools, Artifex, Red Robin, Sleep Number, The Vitamin Shoppe, Urgent Care, Aspen Dental, and Chilli's Restaurant.
Across the Vestal Parkway. Vestal Vet Hospital, The Sprint Plaza; Panda Nail Salon, The UPS Store, Sprint, Hertz Car Rental, Movement Mortgage, and Metro Mattress. Next to that is the Hoffman Car Wash. The Pier 1 Plaza is adjacent to that. It includes; Star Bucks, GameStop, and Pier 1 Imports. Next to that Plaza is, Zinnia Salon. Dunking Donuts.
Across Rano Blvd from Dunking Donuts, before you go up the hill, the mini plaza on the left has, AT&T, Bates Troy, and Music City.
Just up Rano Blvd, on the right is The Weis Plaza includes; a Bank, a Bar, a restaurant, Japanese take out, an Insurance Office, and Weis Grocery Store.
On the left there is a lawyers office, the Vestal Post Office, an embroidery shop, and a Liquor Store.
Next is the entrance to the The Parkway Plaza; (entrances from Rano Blvd, Vestal Parkway, and Jensen Road). Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Price Rite, Pet Smart, Men's Warehouse, Citizen Bank, and Kohl's. There is an Outback Steak House, and McDonald's in this Plaza.
Across the Vestal Parkway from the Parkway Plaza; NBT Bank, an Arbys, and a gas Station. Further East there is another small Plaza with; Vapor King, Asian Nails Salon, and Sliderz Bar and Grille.
Just East from that Plaza there is a Best Buy, with the entrance from Jensen Road. There are businesses on this part of Jensen Road as well, including; Midway Lane's and the Fun Zone, Plan3t, Core Building Supplies, Taylor Rental, and Enterprise Car Rental.

With no concern for being a respectful part of the community. Plenty of var shows each year. Unfortunately that part of the lot is an unkept mine field. Sure they patch the holes now and then. Just don't seem to be aware that each patch attempt makes the inevitable hole bigger and deeper. Now don't ever forget they will take no responsibility for you unintentionally hitting a hole. With an ever so rude comment of "you should have looked where you were going." So to recap on this. They do not care what the lot looks like. They do not care that the pot holes cause harm or damage.
