Insane update, after my review they called me to tell me that they plan to come to my house and remove the dishwasher forcibly. They just went from rude to criminal. I informed them that if they arrive at my house they will be speaking with the police. The machine has already been paid for, including the delivery.
Rude when things go wrong. Equipment is fine, installation is not so great, they don't have correct mounting parts.
I've used them a couple of times. The first time they delivered the unit without any of the mounting brackets and we had to make something work, but it was a stacking until, so I'm waiting for it to fall one day. This time they installed a dishwasher again without the mounting bracket, the unit works but once it was loaded it fell out of the cabinet. So what I'm saying is that the equipment they have is fine, but they don't have any of the correct accessories or mounting pieces, so be very careful. The biggest problem is that when I called to ask for assistance, she yelled at me over and over for 20 mins. Not looking for a solution in anyway, repeating the same thing over and over that's it's not their fault. She also said since I paid their delivery person, I broke their rule and she wouldn't help me. Meanwhile their "delivery/installer" wouldn't deliver and install until I paid him up front. Seems like the whole operation is a bit fishy. So just be careful doing business with these people. On Feb 2024, it stopped working, I called the store, they said their system updated, so old records lost, after many back and forth calling between me and the store, finally the warranty company, Priority Customer Service(PCS), agreed to provide service, they request 99$ deduction per claim before taking any action, and this is same for all customers, I never heard that when I bought the dryer. I had to pay it, they sent a tech roughly checked the dryer then said it's something wrong with the pipe not the dryer, the pipe is newly installed, only half years, not very possible something wrong with it. we still called a contractor and cleaned it, dryer still not working, we took the pipe down covered the back exit with a newspaper, and turn on the dryer, newspaper stay still, it means the dryer not blowing at all. The PCS request we sent the receipt of vent cleaning before take any actions, we paid cash to the contractor, no receipt, we had to paid 100$ to another contract to get it fixed. The owner of this business however, the customer service stops at the dollar you spend. Once this company has your money, Bill has to fight with them to get you your product. Very simple shipping is made to last days at a time and just frustrates the customer for no reason at all.
