A slightly hilly but very lush park maintained around a house of historical import to the community. Very nice gazebo - surprised more cosplayers don't re-enact "The Dead Zone" there.
Seriously tho, it's a mid-sized park in an area with much larger parks. It's usefulness is to its locals, who walk thier dogs and want a bigger piece of green to stroll around on other than their lawns/backyards. Having said that, it's underutilized. Some music in the late Summer and the occasional small event. The house gets little to no foot traffic.
One additional bright spot is there are a small stretch of parking spaces across from the house, great for older park walkers who want to spend their time walking IN the park, not TO the park.
