Infinity Beverages Winery and Distillery — Attraction in Town of Washington

I came to Eau Claire with my financé for the day to buy wedding bands at Laskers (if you haven’t been there yet, you should go! Beautiful selection). Anyways, we were done shopping at Laskers and decided to check out Infinity. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. The staff asked us where we were from and what we were in town for. We told them and went on with our evening. We did a wine tasting and then got a glass of wine and sat by the lovely fireplace. When we went to pay our bill at the end of the night the wonderful staff had gifted us a free bottle of wine and two Inifinty glasses to celebrate our engagement. We were in town one night. We stopped at Infinity, and we were fortunate to get John as our host. He was amazing. He explained how each wine/spirit was made, and indeed the special touches that make it unique. We liked everything we tasted. The wines and spirits are non traditional. The wine master/brewer is a true artist! All of the little extras he does make these beverages unique. Our favorites included the whiskey barrel syrah....dry, smoky, smooth red wine. Great atmosphere and fun drinks that are very new and innovative! I won't spell his name right but Linwood was phenomenal in his energy and making the experience! The only drawback was there seemed to be a little confusion on roles behind the bar. We were told Kylie would be serving us and Linwood was making sdrinks, but Linwood primarily took care of us. We also went there for our first time and felt pushed by Kylie to get a glass after only trying one type of beverage. We would have preffered to try more tastings before landing on one drink.
