Pizza Casa Bianca — Restaurant in Town of Washington

Casa Bianca is my new favorite spot!

As a Jersey girl who used to work in a pizzeria, I’ve seriously missed having a place like this. While there are plenty of restaurants in the area, I rarely crave any of them the way I did back in NJ (just 20 minutes outside NYC).

That changed when my husband and I tried Casa Bianca—we ended up ordering from them two more times that same week! The pizza, pasta, and garlic knots are all delicious. Total comfort food, done right.

When we found out the family who runs it is originally from New York, we got even more excited—it all made sense!

The best part? We’re within walking distance of this gem.

I’m planning an open house event for my business soon, and I’m already thinking Casa Bianca needs to be part of it. Honestly, just writing this review is...

First time visiting, it was an hour before closing. There was a slice or two left of a few different varieties of pizzas. The slices were depressing lacked sauce, and looked they were hours old sitting at room temperature at best. No warming lights, no heat source. We ordered sandwiches to be on the safer side. I had a meatball sandwich with cheap, frozen meatballs. I hate leaving negative reviews, but the money spent just wasn't worth it. The inside of the store also wasn't very clean, the tables weren't wiped down very well. Pretty lackluster. Sorry to say with Johnny's Pizza in competition, I can't see this place making it for long, unless...

I’ve been eating pizza for the last 20 years, so I am pretty much an expert.. that or just really fat, or both? I’ve eaten pizza anywhere from nyc to New Haven to Chicago. I’ve have pizza at Kwik trip and pizza at chucky cheese. I think all pizza is beautiful.. but this is easily the best ny style pizza in Eau Claire. Johnny’s is good too, but the cost per value here is insane and what sets it apart. You will not find better ny style pizza anywhere in a 100 mile radius. Their wings are classic pizza place wings, will try more when I am there next, which knowing me will be after I am done...
