I started business with get it now in June of 2023, I purchased a washer and dryer and a bed set from them. About 2 months later the dryer quick workering, it worked but it wouldn't dry the clothes, told Esteban about it and he said someone would look at it, was 2 months or so later I quit paying on it because why am I going to pay for something that I can't use the money for the washer and dryer set was being used to go to a laundromat, I have a family of 5 3 being kids, we go through a lot of laundry. Esteban solution was to just pick up the set and take it off my bill instead of fixing it or replacing it, so the money I had already paid on it was all gone because they wanted to be lazy. Whatever washed my hands with it and got over it, even though that's terrible business. Now what really erks me now and the reason I'm writing this review is yes, I have been late on payments here and there, but from November I have been on top of it, there has been times that I was quite a few weeks ahead, and in the past they would send out letters if I got past 4 payments or send someone to the house and that was IF they couldn't get in contact with me. So my issue is, march 1st I had a payment due, I was in lacrosse for a birthday party at chukee cheese I went to use my card and realized it wasn't working, my card got hacked and was frauded, that being said it was a weekend, are banks open on weekends? Mine is until a certain time on Saturdays, it was too late for me to go and get a new card, that being said I had to wait until Monday to get my new card, they called me early Monday to enform me I missed a payment (that I hadn't missed in months) I informed them that I was litterally on my way to the bank when they called, and told them about the situation and they acknowledged it, then they decide to go and send me a LETTER because I was 2 days late, 2 days late there going to send me a letter, after they acknowledged the issue, I don't even care if they had it ready to send before they talked to me, I was 2 days late They have NEVER sent me a letter even if I was 7 days late. I hadn't been late in months, it's funny as hell that in that letter they say "your a valued constumer" but there going to send a letter? That's not the way to treat a valued costumer... not to mention I paid said bill with in 2 hours of the PHONE CALL. This place is a complete joke, and I've honestly been contemplating just paying the rest of my bill off to get rid of these guys, I can't stand this company, and wish I would of checked out lebakkans instead. The only reason I'm not paying the rest of my bill off right now is that it's been helping with my credit. But for anyone that wants to to do payment plans on furniture, look else where, everything is WAY overpriced, they will harrase you, and they won't fix anything. Read morePurchased a Washer and Dryer set through Get-It-Now and just recently finished paying it off. Dryer broke about a month after purchase was finalized, but still had warranty on it as they warranty for I believe it is one year after purchase. Spoke with Estaban and he said he would reach out to Whirlpool and they would contact me to set up a repair. Week goes by, I hear nothing. I call and talk to Estaban again who says he will reach back out to Whirlpool. Another week goes by. At this point I've amassed about $150 in laundromat fees. I reach out a THIRD time. Finally I get a text from Estaban letting me know Whirlpool is backordered on our particular Dryer and thats why they have not contacted me but GIN has one in stock and will replace it for me instead.
GREAT! I get the replacement scheduled and think all will be well. When I start doing laundry today I realize something is amiss as it is getting way too humid for the dryer pipe to be connected correctly. I check in the back and sure as shit instead of properly reattaching the Dryer pipe, they simply pushed the pictured mess up against the dryer and called it good, didnt even ATTEMPT to attach it. Im pretty upset as if we didnt have damp-rids everywhere already, and had I not caught it quickly this could've cause serious water damage to our home. Could've at least let us know we had to reattach the dryer pipe rather than letting me find out the hard way. Idk, just rubbed me the wrong way honestly. Seemes pretty unprofessional...
Read moreUsed Get it Now in Eau Claire for 2 seperate purchases. On the second purchase they damaged my flooring. I have been literally waiting months for a solution to this. Brady, Dominick, and Estabon have went way out of their way to let me know what an inconvenience this has been for them. I have floating rolled laminent flooring its not just replacing a small piece. My flooring is the same through my entire trailer. I have done everything they have asked sent emails and pictures repeatedly. Now they have to come to my home to inspect yet again.
I will never go through get it now again. I went here as this could help with repairing credit and establishing payment plans. I have never been treated so poorly when trying to get something fixed that was their fault. I even asked the delivery boys to please take the doors off the fridge so it fit through the door with out having to be slid and rotated. But I was just ignored and my home...
