Customer service was terrible on their food truck. Don't get mad at the customer because you were not prepared for your fried chicken dish. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a fried chicken sandwich. We were only the second sandwich ordered and I was able to walk over to another food truck, order a meal, recieve my meal and eat my meal and still have a few minutes to wait until my kids recieved their food. I saw a bunch of people walking away with food, so I asked where our order was, and I received this in an annoyed, stern voice. "Yeah, it's coming." Then followed up with a sarcastic "here you go sir, have a nice night." Sir, all I did was ask where my daughter's food was.
Oh yeah, my daughter gave bad reviews on your chicken sandwich as well.

The timing of everything is not my fault, so I am not sure why that has to be thrown in this.
I was not upset about how long it was taking, I was simply asking where our food was as I saw a lot of other customers get their food already and wanted to make sure that we didn't miss our name being called, all I stated was "is their an order for Monica" only to get a rude response from the staff member, "yeah, there is." From someone that wasn't even doing any of the work but just collecting orders and looking frazzled.
Take ownership of being rude to a customer because you were upset about something that has nothing to do with the customer, like you said, starting early. When you are rude to someone, more than likely, they will be rude right back at you, especially me. I still stand by what I said after you were rude to me for no reason.
Look at the picture, give bad reviews, get stalked for your number, and harassed with phone calls and text messages, all because of one bad review. Grow up, buddy, and in your field of work, you need to work on how you receive constructive criticism from...

January I went in for a tasting to sample some Mediterranean food that I hoped to have served at my wedding and I was instantly blown away along with my fiance & parents. We immediately knew this was the perfect choice. Communication was prompt and clear with Geoff and he made sure everything I wanted to be served was there and perfect. Geoff’s wife set up the entire cocktail hour and even last minute set up my dessert table for me as I didn’t have that in order by mistake. My wedding was all of my family and friends helping me set up & take down with no coordinator and the dinner would not have gone so smoothly without these two.. they felt like family. We have also had their bbq menu items and breakfast before and it’s a 10/10 as well. The baklava was also a big hit at my wedding and they knew how much I loved it from the tasting and made me extra to bring home! We went with Uncle Bucks on very short notice and a ton of worry after another caterer backed out. From my very first phone call to Amber when she said, "It's ok we'll figure this all out!" I knew we were in good hands. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
I literally do not have one negative thing to say about her customer service or Uncle Buck's food!! And behind the scenes, Jeff was fantastic too! Our guests raved about the food and I still have people asking me who the caterer was, including some that did not attend our wedding but heard how good the food was!
We planned our wedding in just two months, so I was really worried about the food situation but Amber reassured me every step of the way, letting me call and email (what seemed like a million times.) Every time she told me, "You're not bothering me, you can call whenever and ask any questions!" That kind of reassurance meant so, so much during such a hectic time.
