Most amazing people and most amazing plates. My boyfriend and I get plates/fish fry every Friday night and the whole crew is amazing (especially the woman who takes the orders over the phone!) Shoutout to the wonderful food; never had any issues, errors or complaints. Used to get plates from a rival hots spot until their service turned poor after being so busy they kept hanging up after putting us on hold! NEVER have had any issues here no matter the time of day or night. I personally think they have the best Mac salad in roc recently. The portions are huge & consistent every week, only about 10 min wait time for pickup. Their home fries could be a little less fried occasionally (sometimes they seem like they’ve sat in oil too long, but they’re not overly crunchy) but that’s just being picky. They know us as regulars each week and the service and food keeps us coming EACH Friday even when we’re dieting, it’s our weekly cheat meal. I called in an order using their website menu and they first told me that things on their website aren’t offered (fine, I’ll switch what I want) and then I got there and the prices for everything were significantly higher than the website showed. My entire bill was $10 more than it should’ve been based on the website prices and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. I could either take my food or go. Horrific service, I will never be back there, and it is absolutely not worth the prices that they are charging in their stores, especially considering they do not line up with their website prices.

**Editing to add that I was told the total was $51.46, she swiped my card and I signed the slip. Got home and realized they tacked on a "fee" of $1.54, bringing my total to $53. Absolutely ridiculous for 2 garbage plates, a plain cheeseburger, side of tots and 3 chicken fingers. Zero...

First time visiting here. The service was great and very friendly as they walked me through their options. The seating was very clean, well lit, and even has something playing on the screen. The kitchen looked very busy (you can see directly in it) while we were visiting. It appears this place is busy and that was a sign of their quality dishes. The menu had lots of great options and I settled on a trash plate with chicken, cheeseburger, over a double order of fries. I'm not a Mac salad fan and was bummed they didn't have Mac and cheese as an option. Overall, it was a great visit and I recommend you give it a try. The clean facilities and clean kitchen assured me this is a "safe" place to eat. My only gripe was the seating area, it made it difficult to converse without being inches away from another table.
