1 week ago I bought very expensive cleats for my son to also appreciate his performance in an overseas soccer tournament. I asked the Soccer Post staff whether I can return them in case we have what ever kind of issues with them. The answer was ‘yes, no questions asked’ for 4 weeks. Afterwards it only can be returned via Nike if the shoes have a manufacturer’s defect. 2 days after my son first played with the shoes he got serious foot pain even though we tried different insoles etc. He didn’t have foot pain for more than a year. We have never tried to return any cleats, we are customers of Angelo’s or Soccer Post since years and have spent a significant amount of money with that store. However, they said: no, no option to return the shoes, no store credit, nothing. This is deeply concerning for a local business treating their long-time customers in such a way. We will turn our back on them and go somewhere else....

The problem is today. A young, skinny white man threw a pen at me to sign, didn't wrap it up, and even told me to take my t-shirt in a crumpled state and left.
