Terrible. I would never go back. Had a reservation for 16 people and 2 tables. They put us in a private room that had 2 Hibachi tables, this is the only nice thing they had. They sent us chefs at 2 different times so half our party was almost done eating before the other half had started. One chef put on something of a show while the other did nothing. The shrimp appetizer that was supposed to be included was forgotten for half our party and those that got them got the smallest shrimp ever. When the reservation was made, it was stated that it was for a birthday. We brought a cake which despite letting them know about it, they left sitting on a chair the entire meal. When my husband stepped out to use the restroom, we were told they needed the room in 5 mins. Mind you we hadn't even gotten our check yet. Rudest thing I'd ever experienced in a restaurant. Last but not least, we split our bill 3 ways. We broke everything out for them as to what amount to charge each card. They proceeded to charge my card over $100 extra and then were beyond rude when we tried to explain what they had done. When we left I was still not sure that I had been charged correctly. Read moreI made a reservation about 1 month in advance for a sweet 16 birthday dinner for 12. I called a few days later to confirm the number of guests as it had changed. We arrived to our reservation, began to set up small balloon sets, cupcakes, etc.
We were met by an observed disgruntled manager who inquired and said: "how long are you all planning to stay here? we don't have all night to wait for the members of the party to show up". Surprised and disappointed with how this staff member spoke to me, I stated: "it is about 6 minutes until our reservation begins at 6. We are planning to have all members of the party here by that time if possible".
All members of the party arrived by 6:05 PM except for one person who ran late, her food was ordered for her. It is disappointing to be spoken to in this manner when all necessary scheduling and verifications were made in advance. My hope for this employer is that they improve upon their customer service and learn best practices when interacting with patron's. I do not plan to patronize this establishment again. Close to $500 was spent with 20% tip with disrespectful members of management.

We were taken to a table where everyone was already finishing their salads and we were rushed to order. The waitress seemed annoyed as we gave our order as quickly as we could. Soup and salads came out immediately and the chef started to cook. My daughter’s dinner order was never made. The chef had no concern that she was the only one at the table with no food. It took three times asking the waitress where her dinner was. She finally got her dinner as everyone else was leaving the table. The dinner was obviously rushed in the kitchen. We were discounted 10% with little apology. As we were leaving, we asked to speak with the manager/hostess who was sitting at the bar finishing her second beer. (An empty bottle was in front of her.) She barely listened to our concerns, rushing to the waitress.
