What an awesome discovery! On a random, blustery winter day, a trip to this park a little further from home made for THE BEST DAY EVER (their words) for two very excited 5 and 6 year old brothers. After nearly a year trying to figure out the nuances of enjoying activities for young kids in a time of a pandemic, this was just about perfect! Read moreLove the park for the most part with friendly dog owners and puppies. Not sure I understood the logics of some dog owners who thought they entitled the entire park and won’t allow others to approach their puppies. This is a public park where everyone is welcome. This is by no means anyone’s back yard that you own it exclusively. If your puppy or you is no comfortable with other human or puppy around, go somewhere else and/ or have your puppies on leash. Stay as far from others as you can. Communicate to other respectfully to help others respect your need for spaces....

Facilities are not extensive and include tennis courts baseball fields.
There are no fences and the fields are large, so it looks good for dog walking.
It's also a great place to bring your car from the Berwyn area and leave it in the parking lot for a walk.
There is a transmission tower but it doesn't bother me too much. The site is well maintained and well stocked with tables and chairs...
