It was fine a year ago but have gotten worst over the years. All related to the lack of efficiency of payments. You were able to pay at one of the machines and use the paid ticket to exit. First it was one machine that broke down. Then it was both machines that broke down. They never fixed it. So the only way to pay is: 1. If you have the app (which end up costing more. I pay $11 a day and with the app it’s $13. It’s $2 more but $2 times the # of times you have to park). Or 2. Pay with a credit card. There’s always a line to exit because mostly everyone is inserting the ticket and credit card to pay before being able to exit. Now they have someone standing at the exit and harassing everyone to make them download the app so that there won’t be so much traffic. I’d be fine with downloading the app if it was the same price.
