ARIZONA DRIVE LLC — Attraction in Tucson

I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL, Karim was low pressure and allowed my wife and I to take our time, look over the car and then drive it all without hovering over us. We agreed on a price and he drew up the papers. 5 days after purchasing the car, the battery failed. I was able to get a jump and drove to a local Oreilly store to have my battery tested where they confirmed the bad battery. I called Karim and requested that he replace the battery which he was willing to do but they wanted to purchase it from Auto Zone. After some convincing he agreed to let Oreilly bill Arizona Drive for a battery and I was able to get aback on the road much faster. Thanks Karim, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the paperwork was challenging. The wrong address was used in several places throughout the paperwork despise us giving him the correct address. He attempted to go back and correct it but still did not quite get them all. Then when I went back to pick up my plates and title the address on the title was again wrong. Arizona Drive was one of the final dealerships I visited looking for a Cadillac SRX after my 22 year old Durango was sold and I am happy I stopped by. They had a used SRX in great condition and worked to help me stay within my budget. Even after the purchase, they continue to work with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with the vehicle, going so far as to patch a very small cigarette burn in the upholstery and bringing the vehicle back in to diagnose a noise in the suspension.

Now, the 2-yrs included maintenance and service is a little misleading and the reason I can’t give them “5-Stars.” They have a contract with Midas and, if your vehicle requires synthetic oil like mine, the service is only good for $20 off of their $70 synthetic oil service…you pay the remaining $50! I can get name brand synthetic oil and filter through Amazon for $40, change it myself, and save myself the drive to Midas. That’s just me though, I’m “mechanically inclined” and am capable of doing a lot of my own maintenance…been doing it for nearly 30 years.

First I want to give a shout out to Adrian. Awesome guy to talk to. Answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me to buy. Felt comfortable test driving with no issues and was honest about the process. I did find the vehicle I needed and trade in process was flawless too.
