It’s a pleasure to go into a brick and mortar and be able to see and feel such high quality handmade rugs.

The whole staff was great, absolutely no complaints. The delivery team was communicative, prompt, incredibly polite, accommodating and professional. And they made the 2 hour round trip to my house twice during this process free of charge as I was trying out rugs in my space.

Then there’s Hannah who is a joy. She is not only very warm and sincere but she is exceedingly professional and informative. Like any subject, there’s a lot to learn about rugs that most of us don’t think about or know about. When making an investment in one of these beautiful pieces for your home you will feel comfortable throughout the entire process that you are being dealt with fairly and honestly and getting an education on what you are buying. It was made clear that my happiness with the final choice was paramount and I was afforded the opportunity to have many different rugs delivered to me to try in my space. And because the one I ultimately selected had to be ordered and would take some time, Hannah let me keep a similar one during the wait. All of this was done free of charge.

They have a huge selection and it seems like Hannah can get anything they might not have with just a little research. The rugs are gorgeous as well. What a lovely reprieve from the world of online shopping and faceless box stores. It’s like an art gallery for your floor. Just beautiful pieces. And they have excellent cleaning services too so I’m not worried my 4 pets and 2 kids will break my heart with a stain in the future that Asian Trade can’t get out!

I worked for Tomas Almazan for about 7 years. But i'm also a customer. Asian Trade Rug Company has the best, most efficient rug cleaning process i have ever seen!! I should know because i started my time there learning the ropes in the cleaning plant with Tio Carlos and eventually became very knowledgeable on rugs and different cleaning techniques. I know for a fact that they go above and beyond with rug cleaning, repairs, sales and customer service. Sometimes they even wash a rug multiple times just to make sure its as clean as possible without charging the customer extra. The pickup and delivery service they offer really comes in clutch with alot of customers. Being that elderly people especially cant really move these heavy rugs and furniture around. They have even gone up to Scottsdale for multiple clients. Ali the rug repair man is the best I have ever seen. The things he can do with some wool yarn and a needle is wild. I have seen him re weave complete corners on rugs that were chewed off completely by dogs. They also have such a huge variety of rugs in stock. Including Gabbeh rugs which have some of the coolest rug designs you have ever seen, all the way to very rare antiques from all over Iran. They have very knowledgeable staff and I would highly recommend going down there to see Tomas, Ali and the rest of the guys and girls for any of your rug needs. They specialize in hand made rugs but they do clean and repair machine made rugs as well. As far as rugs go, they really do it all!! Better than anyone else in Arizona as far as im concerned!!
