I am giving this a one star because of the customer service the lady Lupita is rude and unprofessional. The first time we can in we order the lunch special we didn't not get the lunch special. We can in again and order two meals again, and again we didn't receive the correct order when I told the lady about the first inconvenience she said you needed to tell the lady when you order when she was the one who took the order and provided us with the menu to order off of. She was on a personal call the first time we came in. The second time we order sesame chicken and house Lo mein we got two sesame chickens and when we got home we called and she said you order it and kept arguing with us instead of apologizing for the mixed up or anything she kept telling us it was our fault we asked for it. We asked to speak to the manager she said his name was David and he isn't there and comes and goes. We kept calling and she kept saying he ain't here can I take a message. Absolutely the rudest customer service ever. A simple I'm sorry would have done but NO she wanted to just argue back and forth running the risk of losing a good...

I have ordered food on a weekly basis. Almost every time they showed up without change. Last time I addressed this with the driver who told me that I should have exact amount for my order. This LAST time I ordered their sesame chicken that's normally a golden brown. This time it was burnt black, when I called the store I was told well you paid for it. The rudest customer service, the portions are definitely smaller & not as good as before. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
