My latest experience-

It was 908pm and I drove the 6.9 miles from work to get here and pick up a couple things. I'm a nurse and I work late. This has never been a problem, I'm not a threatening person and the man who OWNS the place has always let me in, no matter the time. Well tonight, the man working wouldn't own the door, tells me he'll help me thrive the door. Hello? Kind of hard to shop when you can't see the stuff. Rude man. Guess I'll take my business (and I tend to drop a lot of money at a time, I live out of state by travel for work) to the head hunters down the road. Sad to say. I liked this place, and the owner. The older gray haired worker isn't making you any money though. He's rude and running customers away. Just fyi.

I came in at 12:30am (24 hour shop) at my lunch hour too purchase a new Smoke Novo or Novo 2 & some salt nic juice because mine broke while at work. When I asked about juice the employee became very rude & said he was not going too show me a bunch of juice at 12am (again 24 hour store) I knew what kind I wanted & never asked him too bring me a bunch too look at. I put the last of mine in the pod that was in the one that got destroyed at work so I needed juice too put in my new vap too get through the next 6 hours of my shift.

Employees used to be great. I loved going there and always spent a great deal of money. Recently that has changed. I had one employee literally throw merchandise around when I asked him a few questions about said merchandise. Today was the final straw. Went in to buy tobacco and the gentleman said they didn't sell it in the quantity I was looking for. That's fine. I turned to my daughter and said lets go pick up our dog and go elsewhere.
