E Spa Nails — Attraction in Tucson

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. And I’ve given them a couple chances. I hate to do this, but I don’t think that anyone should go through what I went through. I came here for my birthday, and I wish I never came. I got a manicure, with a full set. And a pedicure. All I wanted was to have a relaxing day on my birthday. They literally did the BARE minimum, if that. I could go on about the whole experience being crappy, and witnessing other customers being treated poorly as well, but the main thing I do want to point out is the fact that my toe got really infected. The lady was really rough with me when she was scraping the edges of my big toe, and cut me a couple times. Obviously, either the tools or the tub or both were not disinfected properly because I have never had this happen to me in my life. I don’t even know what to do. I tried to be Nice, and I didn’t even want my money back or anything, I just wanted some help in fixing the issues. They were really rude to me. This was the worst experience ever. And I love to support little businesses and these nail salons but this is the exact reason why I’m not going to be doing that anymore. I actually went to “Gelish” and they were amazing. I highly recommend going there. It is a bit pricey, but I would rather pay $15 extra to have wonderful service where I am treated like a person and the quality of service is just excellent. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, and I hope that they get it together over here so that this doesn’t ruin...

I went and had a Mani/Pedi done today (10/03/17) and in my opinion had pretty ordinary service. I don't go to get my nails done often but I'll never return to this place when I do go again. I felt like both my Mani and pedi were rushed through and missing key components to a real manicure or pedicure. Then to top it off I was ready to pay and was asked/pressured to not use my card with their credit card machine sitting on the counter but to use their on-site ATM for cash, which they claimed had "no charge" with even a sign stating no charge above the ATM. Come to find out later when I look in my bank account there was a second charge for using a foreign ATM that I didn't even agree to when originally even using the ATM. BEWEARE! Service is ALRIGHT but honesty completely sucked! They don't deserve...

I came here to have my daughters nails painted and the owner or guy there totally declined service to us. He said I had to have an appt. When it clearly said on his door walk-ins available . I have gotten my done here before and have gone on a Saturday at the same time and was never told this. The only time I went and they did my nails they weren’t even that great . Horrible customer service . He didn’t even offer to set an appt for later time that day when they close until 5:00 pm I was there at 1:30 or even another day he just did not want to provide service. I would say to change his sign on the door if he only does by appt. Or simply don’t even work there if he can offer service to everybody...
