Nail Trix II — Attraction in Tucson

I’m not one to leave reviews good or bad but now I’m pissed… I went for a pedicure I got the basic one with simple white gel polish which I get every month at my usual shop but this was last minute and I needed it asap for my 21st birthday in a couple of days and I was eating my breakfast sandwich and saw the shop and went in… off the rip she wasn’t doing it how I usually see them do it but I was like maybe her methods are different it’s whatever right? After going to this salon for several months, I stopped. I had my nails done, and when I say done, I mean gel. A week later, I had to have them trimmed due to moving. When I went in and asked for them to trim them. I was asking for another appointment, and what I got was a hack job. She grabbed toenail clippers, and before I could say anything, she just clipped my nails. They still had gel on them, and so I didn't realize the damage that had been done. I went in to see what could be done after the move. My nails kept getting worse. My last visit was in November. I started at a new nail salon, and it has taken 4 months to get my nails healthy again. The thing that really gets to me is that I've worked in the service industry before, and I always tipped 20.00, thinking that if I take care of them, they will inturn treat me well by doing their job...

I made an appointment to get an acrylic powder color fill. No one welcomed me when I arrived. I sat for 35 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I wasn’t seated with a nail technician until 25 minutes after my appointment time. The nail technician took 15 more minutes before starting on my nails. When he finally took most of the old color off and started the fill, it was a dip, not acrylic powder. They then told me they don’t do acrylic powder. Only dip. 4 days later my nails were popping off and they refused to fix them because I am not a regular customer. Mind you, I am only visiting Tucson. I will never come back here. Very disappointed considering they had 4.5 stars on Google...
