Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

Ordered 2 of the Shaq-a-ronni Pizzas and cheese sticks and the cinnamon pull aparts for dinner for a hungry group of kids & Mom&Dad. Strangely the pizzas were not at all alike. One was toasted to the point the kids would not eat, the other was barely finished cooking and was kinda soggy, lots of cheese but couldn’t find the sauce. The Cinnamon pull a part desert was so bad, none of the kids would even touch. It also seemed undercooked and cold. Should have gone for brownies or the cookie. Cheese sticks were good! We’ve been PJ’s customers (and huge Shaq fans) for many years; but the Sunrise & Kolb location closed & now our closest store is maybe 3 times further for delivery. With hungry kids and the fact it was getting late we made due. Just not up to the standards that PJ’s has set for itself- Better Ingredients should = Better Pizza. Not this time, but we will try...

For those going here as customers: Enjoy your pizza. It's a good place for inexpensive pizza and the ingredients are excellent. Plus they help homeless people with free pizza if you make a small contribution at purchase. That is worth going there by itself. Wonderful company with a heart for the less fortunate. You can't beat that in tough times If you're going there for a job:. Stay on top of your earnings and paycheck. They will try to short your tips and your paycheck. At the end of your shift take your tips in cash because the debit card they use won't make your money available for at least 4 days after your shift. If only they were as respectful to their employees as they are to their customers they would be a perfect place to work and learn the restaurant business Overall they're about average. Was very rude when I called to place my order I was placed on hold three different times and was told that I was in the wrong area instead of giving me the correct location they took my order did not have the right address and when I called to tell them the delivery driver called me with the wrong address I spoke with someone named Stella said she would report it to her manager was very rude and did not want to help me at all and when I indicated if my food is cold I was sending it back she still was rude and did not try to resolve the issue at all I spoke with Brian in a call center he should have sent me to the correct store to place my order I had to walk to get my food from the...
