Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

My experience was horrible. To begin with we were followed the time I walked in the store by the security guard. He would chase us pretty much down every aisle then when I had mentioned something about it loudly he went and got the manager and she started having a little while big attitude and she cussed out my friend and my friend left the store then she came looking for me calling me out of my name as she managed to take off her name tag so I couldn't get her name and she decided to pull my hair and begin to hit me then the security guard and another worker came running towards us and attacked me so basically I had three people holding me and hitting me telling me that they were going to call the cops on me because I assaulted their manager one of them I'm sure it was one of the men hit me in the back so hard I couldn't breathe and they wouldn't leave me alone so I could catch my breath outside of the store so basically I almost had a asthma attack because they wouldn't...

The reason im rating this a 2star isnt because i don't like the coffee nor is the customer service bad, but because unfortunately they don't ever get my drink right. I go almost every morning, today infact I went, and I order the same thing. Grande skinny valilla latte, nonfoam, light whip, and add 1splenda. Before I wouldnt say no foam and I would always get 1/2 full drink despite saying light whipp. so I asked if there is a way that I can ensure that there is less foam and they would just say order no foam or order light foam. So I took their advice. I still get 3/4 full even when saying no foam light whip. Today I even went back because iIgot 1/full and then when I got my drink... Tada!!! Same ordeal. With foam!!! I couldn't go back this time cause I would be even more late than I had been. What should I do?? Order my whip on the side and then ask them to fill it all the way?? Someone please...

I come here nearly every day and spend over about ten to twenty dollars. Enjoyed coming here even though I felt a hostility between Alan the barista and me. I'm always cordial and I even tipped today. I asked for a water after I ordered and he held a angry frozen grin as to hold back either doing something confrontational or saying something equally disheartening. He then slammed the ice scoop in the ice bin as he dished out the simple ice water .. I then realized his angry look and body language was driven towards me. After flirting with the chic you train everyday why so angry dude. Really unprofessional I hope this review gets...
