I had ordered a range stove and was told by the manager TJ, that my range stove will be delivered Friday 7/26/24 in the afternoon between noon - 5pm, my office closes at 5pm, and no delivery came, so I called TJ to see if they was still making their way out to deliver my range stove, as he informed me that driver will be at my property really soon. it was past an hour and I called again and he said he will call the drivers to see where is their ETA, as I did not receive any calls back on the status, so I called back and this was past 6pm, and TJ then said again they are stuck in traffic and will be here on my property 30-45 minutes, I than waited as I had plans and places to be, another hour goes by and no delivery came, so I contact TJ again, and this time there was no answer as, I believe they were closed already. I had informed manager TJ, I had already unplug my range stove and had it out for them to just bring in the new and take the old, I made it easier for the delivery guys, as no delivery was made to my property as scheduled, as a business wise, very poor communication and full of lies coming from the manager himself TJ, waited all weekend with no range stove and had to order outside food and eat out, because I have no range stove and this is what was also told to TJ when I had called and communicated with him on my situation with the range stove. Now it is Monday 7/29/24, and still no delivery, I called the distributor and bookkeeper of company answered the phone and she reported that drivers should be out today, as TJ will be in at 1pm, and she is not able to tell me where their drivers are and won't be able to give me any ETA, and that I would need to call back after 1pm when TJ comes in to work!! Disappointed that they do business like this, and I would not recommend at all, as their services is not up to par as an appliance distributor, if you know that drivers have a busy schedule, please do not schedule any more businesses but try and schedule for another day or hire better drivers if they only had a few deliveries on that day!! Just bad services all around, with scheduling women that answers phone calls when TJ is out of the office, as she does not know anything about the company at all if you ask her simple questions. Manager TJ schedules for delivery and tells you when they are able to deliver and does not communicate with the businesses that the delivery guys are not able to make it out and schedule another date. TJ also does not know what priority delivery is, knowing he made and doing all the scheduling for delivery!! I'm just so upset, and this is not even the 1st time he had scheduled for delivery, and they never came through with the delivery, at first, I had let it go as it was my first time using them, but seriously I will not recommend this company at all, and I will take them off my preferred listing!    Read moreMy experience was truly awful. Appliance distributors never called me to confirm a specific install time, having previously only provided a date. After I called the day of the service and was given an arrival time of 3-4p, the tech arrived 35min late, without calling before his arrival (as they had said he would). After he disconnected my existing dishwasher and went back to his unmarked old minivan to get the new one, I discovered he had brought the wrong dishwasher. He insisted I let him install it anyway. When I said no, he got very angry, and then tried to steel my existing dishwasher while I wasn't looking. I had to physically stop him from walking out of my home with my existing dishwasher. After he had left, I realized he had disconnected the old dishwasher without first turning off the electricity and left live wires poking out into my kitchen while he was doing the work. I have a 16 month old daughter and a dog and this is a serious safety hazard. He left my existing dishwasher (which was intermittently working before his arrival) in my living room, he left my kitchen a mess having taken everything out of the cabinet, he left water in the cabinet, on the floor, and he left my dishtowel in a wet ball under my sink. I've lived in a rental home for 5 years in which I've had four appliances replaced and every single time this company has gotten everything completely mixed up starting with not communicating about delivery time, calling to tell me that they are at my home during a time that we haven't planned, not showing up for scheduled delivery times with zero communication, bringing an appliance that doesn't fit or is already broken or damaged. This is no joke, I'm not over exaggerating. I know that sounds like a lot of mishaps for only four appliances but is the truth. They mounted a dishwasher in the most haphazard way possible that caused issues with the cabinetry afterwards. Return it because it was already unboxed but they came to my home during a time I wasn't home without notice and I no other choice but to let them in with the code and then returned home to that... EVERY single time it has been a hassle. More than one hassle per appliance delivery. It's ridiculous. I can't believe that the property management company still uses this poor...
