Used my 15% off coupon on total purchase. Ollie's mail coupons out a few times a year. Always a great selection of children's books as well as tons of books for many genres. Everything from history to self help, cookbooks, hard back novels by best selling authors. I read mostly on my iPad, but it is fun to browse & buy a hardback. I would advise checking expirations dates on food items. Great selection on rugs of all sizes & again, prices vary. I would compare quality & prices to Old Time Pottery in Murfreesboro. Lots of name brand kitchen cookware & gadgets. Excellent prices on Yankee candles. Always find interesting things at Ollie's and would go there more often if they sent more coupons. Excellent quality of bath towels and linens. Many name brands. Short staffed like many businesses, but the lady who checked me out was very polite & bagged my items carefully. Found two very nice lamp shades for $9.99 each & since I've been specifically looking for shades I know these would have cost at least $40 elsewhere. As an artist I feel I need to mention that their canvases & art related materials would be okay for students, or beginners who are practicing, but the quality of their canvases, brushes, etc. are not acceptable for art if you are intending to sell your paintings. Definitely worth practicing on & learning new techniques. I don't know how they are able to continually score such great, really pretty planters & flower pots, but year after year they have unique, heavy ceramic pots of assorted shapes & sizes. The most disfuncional store ever . The company needs to come in and clean house. Everytime I come you never see a manger on the floor or employees on the merchandise floor. The only employees you see are the casher only. Sad part the only time you see the mangerment team on floor are when Ollie's has the red carpet event at Christmas and the night event in June. Those are the only time you will see mangerment. My family shop here alot and sadden to see lack of management involvement. This store needs new mangerment that know how to run a successful store.

Next, at all the Ollie's stores I shop at this is the only store keeps there restrooms close from there shoppers. So, as a Ollie member and customer they do not have the restroom available to use. So, pregnant moms, parents with babies do not have a restroom to use or to change a baby diaper. Next they have elderly shoppers and shoppers with medical needs that do not have a restroom available to use. Why is the restroom closed it is because the mangerment team do not care about their value customer. I have gone to other Ollie's stores in TN and those stores have restroom available to their value customer.

Why have this managerment fail on providing a restroom to their value customer and you have fail on being out on floor.

You should always have a front end manger available at the front of the stores at all time. One manger available in the middle of the store at all time. Another manger available for the receiving area to get employees to work out truck out.
