I ordered food on Saturday at my mother and fathers and the total came to $32And some change. My boyfriend went home to get the money and the delivery guy showed up before my boyfriend came back. My mother Got her money and asked the delivery guy how much the food was and he said $36 and some change . She got $40 ready to include a tip and she said “$36 right?”. He said no the total is $46 and some change so she gave him two $20 bills and 2 $5 dollar bills ($50). When my boyfriend had came back to the house after he left he came back with $32 that’s how we knew the delivery guy ( A light skin boy name Dylan ) had stolen money off of us and he pocketed $14 plus a four dollar tip. I then contacted Fellinis and spoke to the manager asking how much the total was she handed the phone to the girl who took my order and I asked the girl who took my order if he could just send our money back and she said yeah.I waited a half hour and called back and spoke to the manager who said that they will not refund my money because they do not know the whole story which is understandable. Yes the manager did do a little bit of miscommunicating but I am not mad at the manager or the girl who took my order the delivery guy is the one who stole my money.When I spoke to the owner of the store I told him what had happened and he said that he couldn’t refund me my money because he does not know what happens because he was hearing two sides of the story. I do not want the money back and I do not want any free food I just want to let all of you people know that there is a delivery kid named Dylan stealing money off of people. Read moreMy office ordered lunch at 11:10am for our lunch at 12pm. I was told it would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. One hour and 20 minutes later, we still haven't received our lunch. I called twice, the first time I was told he was on his way. 25 minutes later, I called back and was told he was on his way. I couldn't wait any longer because our lunch was 15 minutes over. I told her to cancel the order, and the lady hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. Hanging up on customers and talking rude to them is not the way to do business. I will never order from this place again. Business is not handled properly, food is never delivered on time and for the manager herself to talk to people the way she did and hanging up on people, is completely uncalled for. Read moreI had ordered a cheeseburger earlier. They said it would be awhile for delivery. Which i didn't mind. But when i opened the container the fries was soggy and so was the hamburger bun. I had to take the bun off so i was able to eat it. I would suggest since it's going to be a long wait for delivery do not get a burger from here. Highly disappointed. Thier pizza is good.
