Park at Manderson Landing — Attraction in Tuscaloosa

We have been going to Manderson Landing regularly with our dogs, no issues until today! Today our leashed Dogs were viciously attacked by an unleashed pitbull! Our male dog was extremely bruised up and our female was admitted to Emergi-pet in Northport for treatment of a severe bite wound resulting in sedation, staples, stitches and a drainage tube for the next 10-14 days. The owners of the pitbull were pure cowards, they loaded their unleashed dog up and sped out of the parking lot. The Park at Manderson Landing is a wonderful spot to meet up, be solo, walk your dog, fish, read, walk, jog. It's nature setting is a true in town_feels like you've gone out of town escape. Grounds are clean, parking's plentiful, there's art & history components on premise, too. You may see sun rises & sets, boaters, even barges/tug boats plying the Black Warrior's water. However you feel when you arrive at Manderson Landing, whether it be a 10 min. or 3 hr. stay, you'll leave rejuvinated & peacful, re-affirmed that God don't do ugly. ...
