The University of Alabama Passport Acceptance Facility — Attraction in Tuscaloosa

I arrived at 9:10 a.m. when the facility was supposed to open at 9:00, but the doors stayed locked until about 9:15 when another employee showed up and started knocking on the window for someone to open the door. The staff member who greeted me never apologized or addressed the delay. Luckily, no one else was waiting, so I went straight in and was finished within 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic experience and even included a short survey option which was actually pertinent to customer satisfaction. Donna was great- knowledgeable, detail oriented, kind, and fast. Parking was also very convenient. We arrived at approximately 9:10a and were finished with 2 passports and back in the car by 9:30a! I wish all DMV and USPS experiences and facilities were the same. We waited from 7:30am to 4:30pm to get our star card at the Bessemer court house state...

Wonderful experience! My entire family went in to get passports-we had left some documents that were needed, they allowed us to run and get the documents and come back. They waited on us with great attitudes not making us feel bad for not having the right documents. Great staff! 10/10 would...
