What I will say is that I was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to take my order (no one else in line.) There were batistas working on drinks, but there were 2 employees standing around, it seemed like they were watching the baristas. While most of the staff here are nice, it really sucks that this place doesn’t give you your Starbucks rewards so what’s the point of having a rewards program?
