The very first time I went to this place Katie did my lashes and I loved them but the last 3 visits even though I booked my appointment with Katie she gave me to another person and none of them did a good job, I was just there yesterday at the new location in Tustin, first I was told Katie is still busy and asked me to wait 10 15 minutes, then she (Katie) came out and told me she is still busy and trying to give to a new person, I was annoyed and said last couple of times she gave me to other girls and I was not happy with the work she insisted that she is busy and she will give me discount and she is sorry, the other girl did my lashes and while working on me told me that she has to charge me extra to remove some the lashes that were too long I said first of all this was not my fault and I was not happy with that work and told her Katie actually told me to give me discount because she is giving me to someone else again. So after this girl was done with me I looked in the mirror and did not like what she did. Asked Katie to have a talk with her, Katie came and I told her I don’t appreciate it when I see she gives to a different person and she takes a customer and told her this is not a good customer service, told her when I specifically make appointment with her I want her work and nobody else, they made me wait extra 30 minutes for Katie and she still didn’t take me! I say its intentional because Ive had people whose native language is not English admit to me that (1) they know its rude and (2) they do it because they don’t want to you to hear what they are saying especially if they are talking about you! My dentist had a new employee who came into the exam room and began speaking in their native language while he was working on me - he quickly stopped her and told her to always speak in English only because it was rude to speak in a language that the patient does not speak in. When I first went in she gave me a flyer telling me to get a natural set and I told her that’s not what I asked for though, my appointment is for manga lashes. And she tried telling me that manga lashes required different lashes or something like that but she still accepted and asked me to show her a picture. I told her I saw it on your instagram.
